Healthier You is a unique team of people who make your weight loss and health goals their own goals. We want you to be healthy and live a happier life. Our coaches keep you motivated to keep up with your own goals because we meet with you at every stage.
Now we may be coaches, however that doesn't mean we are headed to the gym. Instead, our program focuses on changing your daily diet and nutrition. Our seminars go over how the program works and why it works as wells it does. Our food and meal plans make changing diets simple. We want to keep it simple to make sure it's easier for you to focus and be motivated every day without changing your life's other routines.
Our seminars are recommended before signing up because we want you to be ready to take the next step with us and to know we are here for you and will continue to be there every pound you lose. We want you to understand why we believe in the program and we know it works because we have seen it change our clients lives. Our clients are able to stay motivated with the program and we ensure every question has been answered along the way. We teach you how to read nutrition labels and how much sugar and carbs are in your daily food intake to make sure you make the right nutritional choices for the rest of your life. We want you to keep the weight off for good.

The Program
Routine Meetings
Meet with Coaches to let them know how you're feeling and to help you with any questions you may have about the diet. We make your goals our own and we want to be there every step of the way.
Informational Seminars
We hold seminars every month. Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6pm. We require that you attend one seminar for more information. In order for you be successful, you must to be ready to lose weight and committed to stick to the meals that are provided through the program.
Great Tasting Food
Pick and choose food that you like. You can choose items like chips and different dressings. We make sure you're going to like the food.
Routine Phone Calls
Within the 1st week, there's going to be many questions. The program is designed to make sure your questions are answered and you know how to maintain the diet to meet your weight loss goals.
Learning Nutrition
This is a learning process. We teach you what's in the food you're eating on a daily basis and how much sugar is in a single serving. We want you to be aware of what's being consumed even long after you've completed the diet so you can stay on track.
Other Benefits
Weight loss isn't the only great benefit. We work with your doctor to help lower your prescriptions or completely end prescriptions saving you money.
